Event-driven safety communication

Between detection and action,
there’s a dangerous gap.

Seconds decide how people act in an emergency. WIAAS Safe Spaces solves that.

The system already knows.
Now the people do too.

The event-driven safety communication platform — activating your screens instantly to gain clarity in any situation, routine or critical.

See how it works
Activate. System events triggered by safety infrastructure. System events from your existing safety infrastructure — fire, access control, alarms, IoT — trigger the platform. Each event is passed straight into WIAAS Safe Spaces, ready to be turned into guidance.
Guide. Instant visual communication on screens. The right visual instruction on the right screen, the instant it matters — a clear visual state people grasp in a fraction of a second, not a line of text they have to stop and read.
Protect. Gain clarity in case of emergency. Faster, coordinated response that keeps people safe. Built for critical environments: encrypted, NIS2-ready and designed to keep working when it matters most.
Background

Every second counts.
Detection is not instruction.

Read the background Hide the background

Modern buildings are well monitored. Fire panels, access control and cameras register what happens, often within a second. What they rarely do is tell the people inside what it means, or what to do about it.

The information exists. It just does not reach the right place at the right time — it stays inside a system, or travels to a control room, while the people standing closest get a signal with no content.

That gap is measured in seconds. And seconds are what decide how quickly people understand, and how quickly they act.

How it works — live preview

Every screen. One command.

Signage, room panels and dashboards run their everyday content — until an event fires. Then WIAAS Safe Spaces takes them all over at once.

Faster to process than text*

People read a change in colour, shape or motion tens of thousands of times faster than a sentence. In a critical moment, the ability to read complex text is the first thing to go — so WIAAS Safe Spaces speaks in instant, unmistakable visual states.

01 — Activate

Activate the screens you already own.

We start by mapping the displays in your building — digital signage, meeting-room panels and booking displays — and assess which ones can take part as they are, and where it makes sense to complement with more. Every screen keeps doing its daily job until the moment it's needed for something more.

Start with what's on the wall. Extend where it matters.

02 — Guide

Guide people the instant it matters.

When a system detects an event, WIAAS Safe Spaces pushes the right message to the right screens — a clear visual instruction people grasp in a fraction of a second, not a line of text they have to stop and read.

Same room. Same screen. A completely different job when seconds count.

03 — Protect

Protect people, spaces and continuity.

WIAAS Safe Spaces complements the safety systems you already trust — fire, access control, alarms, cameras — and unites their signals into one coordinated stream of communication across every site.

Built for critical environments: encrypted, NIS2-ready, and designed to keep working when it matters most.
